• Indian Council of Historical Research gave me a Foreign Travel Grant to collect research documents from the British Library, London and I visited the Library to collect research materials in August 2004. Received a Study Grant from Indian Council of Historical Research, New Delhi.

• Lecturer in History, Sree Sankaracharya University of Sanskrit, Kalady from 1998 to present. Promoted as Senior Grade Lecturer in 2003. Taught History to Postgraduate and M.Phil students and guided Dissertations.
